On 24 May 2023, you emailed the Minister of Finance requesting
information, under the Official Information Act (OIA).  The Treasury is
contacting you on behalf of the Minister’s office in order to discuss the
scope of your request.

 

The last part of your request is broad in scope and is likely to be
refused under section 18(f) of the OIA as substantial manual collation
would be required to provide the information requested:

 

Furthermore, for each of those years I wish to request the total amount
that ended up unaccounted for.

 

As such, I would suggest you refine this part of your request, so we are
able to make the proper considerations on the information you are seeking.

 

Can you also advise what you are expecting when you state “elected
