Information about members of Parliament (MPs) superannuation can be found
on the Remuneration Authority’s website. Here is the link:

The Authority's Parliamentary Superannuation Determination 2003 sets out
the maximum superannuation contribution rate of 20% of an ordinary MP’s
salary. See clause 5 of the determination which is publicly through the
Authority and New Zealand Legislation websites, here is the link to the

The Authority does not hold information on the specific superannuation
schemes (such as Kiwisaver) that MPs may belong to, as it is not
responsible for payments of their salary and superannuation
contributions. Therefore, we cannot answer your question below.
You will need to direct your question to Parliamentary Service who
administer the MPs’ payroll.
