Please advise as of 22 August 2016 the number of people (principal applicants, not including family members) who are on waiting lists for HNZC houses in each HNZC region, and the number of those in each region already in an HNZC house waiting for a transfer to a different house.

The Ministry of Social Development now manages applications for Housing New Zealand Housing homes. The numbers of applicants for Housing New Zealand properties is on its website, at http://housing.msd.govt.nz/information-f....

The Ministry took over responsibility for assessing people’s eligibility and housing needs on 14 April 2014. You can find a description of the Housing New Zealand and Ministry roles at http://www.housing.msd.govt.nz/forms/fac...
