Can I please have the number of serious injury claims in Northland for
2016 and 2017 and any other statistics relating to TBI or spinal injury
for the years 2016-2017.

 

Your request for “any other statistics relating to TBI or spinal injury
for the years 2016-2017” is very broad. We therefore ask that you clarify
and refine this part of your request.

 

For example, would you like the number of TBI and spinal injury claims for
2016 and 2017 in the Northland region?

Or are you interested in the number and cost of TBI and spinal injury
claims for 2016 and 2017 in the Northland region?

If instead there are other statistics you are after, please would you be
able to specify what they are, including region, time period and any other
details.

 

Please reply by close of business Thursday 17 May 2018 clearly outlining
the details you are requesting.

Please also contact us if you would like assistance with clarifying your
request. We will be happy to answer any questions or, if you have any
concerns, work with you to resolve there.

 

The Act allows a 20 working day timeframe for an agency to make a decision
on a request it has received. Once ACC has received a response to this
clarification, the 20 working day response time may start again.
