It is clear that the ACC needs to reassess thier information storage and referencing protocols
In order to manage future injury, past guidelines must be taken into account
It would be reasonable to assume, we will not be able to compare today's (somewhat) primitive guidelines with that of the past, in order to identify the competents of preventing and treating Mild Traumatic Brain injury
