Dear Ministry of Transport,

What progress - if any - has there been on Kiwi Rail's investigation on re-establishing a regular passenger line between Christchurch & Dunedin? What stage is Kiwi Rail at with any feasibility studies regarding this.

Is there any current or any planned investigations on re-establishing the train network within the Christchurch area?

How would I go about submitting my thoughts/ideas on this subject to the MP for Transport?
