Hi Luke;
Quite clearly TVNZ do not want to respond appropriately to previous OIA requests (see https://fyi.org.nz/request/6991-tvnz-arc... and https://fyi.org.nz/request/7082-tvnz-arc... and https://fyi.org.nz/request/6829-tvnz-arc...) .. Are we really to believe that apart from a single service agreement, TVNZ holds no official information regarding discussions with Nga Taonga between 2013-2017 .. even though they say "discussions will continue" .. not even a single meeting note?
So the point of #3 and #4 is to see what OIAs are coming before the Minister and to see what directions (if any) are being given by her.

Thank you for your response. I am pleased to see that you are aware of the lack of official information held by TVNZ relating to Nga Taonga and the TVNZ Archive collection - even though discussions have apparently been ongoing between the two agencies for some time.
In response to your point #3. Yes, please supply ALL information as per my original request, rather than just one email. My original request was: "Please supply me with all official information that the Minister holds relating to Official Information Act requests made to TVNZ that have subsequently come before the Minister. This may include - but is not limited to - briefings you have received or correspondence you have had with TVNZ regarding OIA requests." I'm assuming this won't take another 20 days as my original request hasn't been modified.
Can I also just ask - is there any other official information that inadvertently has not been released (as I'm aware there was a change.org petition relating to the TVNZ Archive collection and NZ On Screen that was addressed to yourself and the Prime Minister).

Sorry I don't want to be a nuisance, but I saw today that your office very quickly (within a day-or-so) released the txt messages between yourself and Carol Hirschfeld requested under an OIA request from Stuff.
So I'm just wondering how the response to my OIA request is going (submitted 22 Feb 2018)? In response to my restating the original request, your office said last week that "we will action these points immediately". I know it's a short week, but it would be good to hear from you soonish.

I'm left wondering if the requests referred to in the second paragraph of the letter are essentially Privacy Act requests, asking for private information held by TVNZ about persons.
If this is the case, TVNZ should probably not be sharing that private information with the Minister.
