In the last two years I've noted an increase of roadworks on SH2 between
Topaz Street, Upper Hutt and Plateau Road, Upper Hutt. It's on the same
bend of road and the roadworks takes place for an extensive amount of
time, often with no workers seen there for long periods of time.

Please provide information from the last two years on roadwork costs on
the above stretch of road, reasons for the roadworks, and roadwork
completion times.
