Dear Earthquake Commission,
We would like to request all information held by EQC relating to our property at 38 Tilford Street, Woolston, Christchurch 8062, including claim numbers CLM/2010/107053 and CLM/2011/044121. This includes Geotech or Engineer reports, Scope of Works, all correspondence, documents and details of work carried out. Please also provide details of all payments made to date for all work related to our property.
