I would like copies of all information held by EQC relating to EQC claims at 28 Gibbon Street, Sydenham.

This includes Scope of Works, correspondence, documents and details of work carried out and sign off of works.

Please also provide a breakdown of all payments made to date, for all claims i.e. complete file.
