Dear: Crown Law Office
As a beneficiary of the Cestui Que Vie Trust made in the name ; BEST, KARISSA or other variations such as, but not exclusive to Karissa BEST, KARISSA BEST, K C BEST, 74748279, 210899; I am requesting a copy of the trust deed and other documentations evidencing the trust and interests.
It is the fundamental right of a beneficiary to be able to ensure that a trust is administered lawfully and in accordance with its terms (Trustee Act 1956). It is my right as a beneficiary, with invested interest in this trust to be able to obtain a copy of the deed to ensure the fiduciary duties of the trustee have been adequately met.
Trustees are under a fiduciary duty to keep the beneficiaries informed about the trust and provide certain documentation.
The Courts have stated that, as a minimum, this will include:
• Documents evidencing the existence of the trust;
• Details of the beneficiary’s interest under the trust; and
• A copy of the trust documents (i.e. deeds, variations, accounts).
There is not good or fair reason to refuse disclosure of information about the trust.
I am thankful, and appreciative for your assistance on this matter and come with peaceful neutrality,
:Karissa-casey.

Pretty sure you are asking the administrator, and they are under no obligation to answer you. the trustee is the one you want to contact, as they are obligated to you, as the beneficiary. The administrator is only obligated to the trustee. The trustee is your local mp. https://mattersoftrust.co.nz/beneficiary...

This "Cestui Que Vi" stuff is usually associated with misunderstandings around birth certificates.
See here for "false claims about birth certificates":

The court asked for evidence of the account. You should've showed your driver's lisence and used Chicago styles manual page 666 that shows the existence of that account through another language (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS). I would explain further with citations but my time right now is very limited. Peace.
Things to do with this request
