Dear Judith Collins,
I am writing to you under the Official Information Act to request the following information.
I would be most grateful if you would supply me with the following information:
1. Is the Cestui Que Vie Act still part of the THE IMPERIAL LAWS APPLICATION ACT.
The Act applies certain enactments of the Parliament of the United Kingdom and its predecessors, rulings of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and English common law into New Zealand law.
2. Does the Age of minority Act include the Cestui Que Vie Act or did it replace it?
3. Is the Cestui qui vie act part of any New Zealand legislation?
