Are you please able to provide further information regarding the below:
Of the three employees who had their employment terminated with WDHB, how many patients for each staff member were they accused of accessing illegitimately and was it ascertained that for some or all of the illegitimate access instances that the staff member were somehow connected (friend, family, colleague etc) with the patient?
