Dear Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga,

Please provide copies of all archaeological authorities applied for under section 44 of the Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga Act 2014 (the Act) and also copies of all archaeological authorities issued under section 48 of the Act, both in relation to the property Takaka Recreation Park (also known as the Golden Bay Recreation Park and locally as 'the showgrounds'), 2032 Takaka Valley Highway, Takaka Valley. The legal description of the land is 'Lot 1A, DP 2371, PT SEC 1 OF 22 TAKAKA DIST, identifier NL62/224.
