I would like to know how does an ACC client be placed with the Remote Claims Unit and what is the criteria to be placed with the Remote Claims Unit?

I would also like ACC to confirm do all the staff at the Remote Claims Unit use false names?

Hi Sonja,

You might want to file a request of your own for these questions so they can be posed to ACC directly with it's own 20-working-day counter for response. Anyone is allowed to.

Hi Nigel

Yes I intend to make a request to ACC I just have never made a request before so I am unsure how to go about it.

As you will see I have a lot to deal with regarding WINZ using false names and the WINZ Remote Client Unit matters.

The requests made by Katherine Raue recently and comments are very similar to this request and comments as I understand ACC Remote Claims Unit is similar to the WINZ Remote Client Unit.

Staff are using false names and do not allow face to face contact with clients. Plus clients are excluded from participating in hearings and proceedings.
