I recieved various briefings with some redactions. However there were substantial parts of these documents that were withheld as being out of scope.
I am requesting these be provided so I can judge whether they are out of scope or not.
As well, out of scope deletions from documents seems to me to be contrary to the open information principle of the OIA.
