Dear Carol Downs,

At the meeting Mayor Watson stated quite clearly that he had requested by email that portfolio updates were supplied to the chair in writing. He warned councillors that they were in a public forum should they wish to add anything verbally to their written report. Very few did, Cllr Aslett was one of those.

Council meetings are recorded for technical reasons.
