Further to your reply the 10th of March 2017 and my subsequent query regarding leave arrangements, please confirm if the two staff took annual leave for either all or part of their time while attending the conference which will include travel to and from their home address.

Good morning Robert
Here is our response to your official information request:
It is Council policy that staff attending approved conferences continue to be paid. In this case that amounted to 5 days, which was the duration of the conference. Any additional time away was in the staff members' own time (e.g. weekends/approved annual leave).
