Dear Lakes District Health Board,

Good Morning.
On the following link , http://www.health.govt.nz/new-zealand-he... , MOH provides monthly financial reports on DHBs.
I have been in contact with MOH and they have provided me data from December 2006 until present. Prior to Dec 2006 they do not hold such data.

I am currently after the following for periods prior to Dec 2006:

- SCHEDULE 3: DHB Provider Arm Financial Performance (monthly)
- SCHEDULE 4: Average Year to Date Consolidated Accrued Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) (Monthly)
- SCHEDULE 7: Capital Expenditure (Monthly)

Could you confirm if you have this data prior to Dec 2006? If you do how far back?
