I am looking at the "Schedule5: Annualised Average Consolidated Cost per FTE" on the MoH's website https://www.health.govt.nz/new-zealand-h...

It appears that for the year ending 30 June 2018, the annualised average cost per FTE of Medical Personnel was approximately NZ$ 303,000 which works out to be approximately NZ$ 25,000 per FTE. So a medical personnel who works 40 hours per week is paid approximately NZ$25,000 per week. This sounds very high.
Are you able to clarify the following points?
1. So in the year 2018, the average cost per FTE of a medical personnel at TDHB is approximately NZ$ 25,000.
2. The average cost per FTE just includes labour expenses?
3. Also could you please tell me based on the latest expenditure schedule what is the current cost on per FTE of Medical Personnel?
