Thank you for your Official Information Act request, received by us on 16
April 2020. You asked us to explain the inclusions in Ministry of Health
Financial reports for Provider Arm Personnel Costs, and our response is:

 

·         The Provider Arm Personnel Costs you reference report the cost
allocated/ attributed to all the sites where the DHB as a Provider is
delivering services, including main Hospitals, Satellite Sites and
community-based services deliver by DHB employees. It does not include
community/ primary care derived personnel costs for services funded by the
DHB, but delivered by the PHO/ NGO sector.
