Pusuant to the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I request the raw data for the number of vehicles travelling on Whitford Brown Ave, Aotea in 2015 & 2016 as well as the speeding offence fines issued during that period.

Police does not hold the information you requested for traffic data.
However, Police believes that the information is held by Porirua City
Council. Accordingly, Police has partially transferred your request to
Porirua City Council pursuant to section 14(b)(i) of the Official
Information Act 1982.
Porirua City Council will respond directly to you. You can still expect a
response addressing speeding offences from Police.

I understand Travis Mills from the Road Policing team here at Police has
been in touch with someone from PCC earlier this morning regarding the
partial transfer of an OIA.
On 14 February 2017 Police received a request for information from Jeremy
Hart. Mr Hart has requested ‘data for the number of vehicles travelling on
Whitford Brown Ave, Aotea in 2015 & 2016 as well as the speeding offence
fines issued during that period’ including:

id, time_stamp, alleged_speed, fine_amount

Traffic data

Police does not hold the requested information Mr Hart requested for
traffic data. However, Police believes that the information is held by
Porirua City Council. Accordingly, Police partially transfers this
request to Porirua City Council pursuant to section 14(b)(i) of the
Official Information Act 1982.
I enclose a copy of the request. Mr Hart has been advised that his
