Dear THOMSON, Raewyn, P Berry,
Thank you for your reply.
Are the police able to provide bulk unrefined data?
For example would you be able to provide every search warrant that retrieved cannabis tinnies, and their evidence sheets?
Yours sincerely,
David Johnston

David
The back and forward questions are generally unhelpful both for the requestor because they often do not get the response they expect, and secondly because it needlessly wastes a lot of police time writing negative replies.
To make this whole thing easier can you email me your phone number so I can speak to you about your request, because in short you will receive a No answer to your current question.
If I could narrow down what you want to achieve it may be more helpful.
Thanks

Dear Mr Johnston
I refer to your Official Information Act request for further information.
Pursuant to section 15A of the Official Information Act 1982, I advise you
of the requirement to extend the time limit to respond to your requests.
The period of the extension is until 16 March 2017.
The reason for the extension is that the time required for the
consultations necessary to make a decision on the request, is such that a
proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
You have the right, under section 28(3) of the Official Information Act
1982, to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review my decision to extend
the time limit for deciding upon your request.
Yours sincerely
