- The number of reported thefts of cannabis made to the police
- The number of these that resulted in prosecution for the theft
- The number of reported thefts of money/scams where the sale of cannabis is involved.
- The number of these reports than resulted in prosecution for the theft/related fraud.

number of reported thefts of cannabis made to the police 2. The number of
these that resulted in prosecution for the theft 3. The number of reported
thefts of money/scams where the sale of cannabis is involved 4. The number
of these reports that resulted in prosecution for the theft/related fraud
on 18/01/2017. We endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible
and in any event no late than 20 working days after the day your request

Police records statistics on drug thefts. However, the statistics do not
distinguish between specific drug types. We have decided to refuse your
request under section 18(g) of the Official Information Act, as the
information is not held.
I regret that on this occasion it has not been possible to provide the
information you have requested. You have the right under section 28(3) of
the OIA to seek an investigation and review of my handling of your request
by the Office of the Ombudsmen.
