Thank you for your email dated  12 January 2017, requesting the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982:

 

There are some 3000 + part and full time Uber Drivers currently operating
in New Zealand, can you please advise how many new ACC Levies for private
hire driving have been applied for in the last 12 months.

 

Can you please advise what process is in place for how ACC verifies at the
end of the tax year or during it, individuals who are driving commercially
but not have not disclosed this to the ACC are brought to pay the levies
applicable.

2017.
