Dear Ministry of Defence,
1. I would like to know if you have attempted to investigate warfare or terrorism being conducted on New Zealand by means of geo-engineering (creating earthquakes) or weather modification? I have strong evidence to suggest that the recent earthquake that devastated Kaikoura was deliberately caused and that there is an impending intention to create another even more devastating earthquake using electro-magnetic frequencies off the East Coast of New Zealand and Cook Strait.
If you are not familiar with this technology may I remind you that an international treaty against use of environmental weapons such as geo-engineering was signed by UN Countries in 1977/1978. (UNGA RES. 31/72, TIAS 9614 CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES)
Currently these techniques appear to be being used on an almost daily basis over the East Coast and cook Strait.
2. If you have not investigated it, do you plan to investigate use of EMF and other advanced technologies to deliberately create Earthquakes on New Zealand ground and coastlines?
Your rapid response to this question would be appreciated as the next attack is apparently aimed at approximately 13 December 2016.
