Transport regarding the number of properties recorded on AT’s No Spray
Register, we regret that further time is required as the information is
currently awaiting approval for release.

 

Therefore under Section 14(1)(b) of the LGOIMA, Auckland Transport is
extending the response time to 18 August 2016.

 

You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsmen about this extension.
