Dear Wellington Regional Council,

What progress has been made on the proposed double tracking between Treatham and Upper Hutt Railway Stations? Does the conceptual design work allow for a simultaneous arrival of northbound metro services to the dock platform while a service is departing from the main platform.

What improvements to timetable and operation are proposed for the Wairarapa Connection Service between Masterton and Wellington, does this include possible electrification and electric services to Featherston.
