What proportion of revenue and investment into RadioNZ is from foreign interests?

I wish to make a request for Official Information.

My question is twofold.

1. What proportion of RadioNZ is owned by overseas interests?
2. What proportion of advertising is from overseas interests? (For this you need a time period so if possible over the last 12 months.)

Radio NZ is a Crown entity, which means it is owned entirely by the NZ government. http://www.radionz.co.nz/about

Their last annual report also seems to confirm they receive no advertising revenue at all. http://www.radionz.co.nz/about/documents
