    Dear Radio New Zealand Limited,
Can you please advise
- what advertisements were played on 12 November on RNZ Parliament and RNZ Concert;
- whether aforementioned advertisements are part of regular programming;
- the list of advertisers for both stations for the last 12 months;
- the decision-making process for whether something will be accepted as an advertisement by RNZ.
Further can you advise:
- Have you broadcast advertisements by Christians for Israel in the last 12 months;
- How regularly do you broadcast advertisements by the aforementioned;
- Are there any similar groups you broadcast advertisements for;
- Has there been any discussion about advertisements that promote, or solicit, aid or support for Israel;
- Has there been any discussion about whether the aforementioned advertisements breach objectivity guidelines for RNZ as the National Broadcaster.
Yours faithfully,
Kyle Church

    Dear OIA Requests,
Thanks for such a quick response!
The advertisements were heard over the RNZ "Listen Live" Webplayer on rnz.co.nz this morning around 11.28am.
Does that use a platform that inserts adverts? And if so:
- Are there guidelines or carve-outs for what advertisements are ruled out;
- How does this interact with the assertion that "we do not play advertisements in any way..."
Yours sincerely,
Kyle

 By way of explanation, on the AM Network, Parliament has the "pre-emptory
 right" or first right of broadcast.  The unused hours on the network are
 currently leased by the Rhema Broadcasting Group (RBG) to transmit one of
 their radio stations, please see [1]https://www.rnz.co.nz/parliament.
 What you heard yesterday morning was part of their "Star" RBG radio
 station broadcast.  This faded out around 11.30am and the Parliamentary
 broadcast by RNZ took over the network with an announcement prior to the
 cross to the Debating Chamber in Parliament.
 Any questions you have about the content of the "Star" broadcast would
