Hi,

You requested "all correspondence between DCC, DCC Water Department, Department of Conservation and the Crown regarding placement of a locked gate in the Te Papanui Conservation Area in the vicinity of Deep Creek. I would also like to view all emails regarding this matter, meeting minutes and reports that have anything to do with this matter."

Please find attached the information held by the Dunedin City Council. Please note that further information may be held by other agencies such as the Department of Conservation or the Otago Regional Council.
