Could you please send me all correspondence, reports, documents, meeting minutes, file notes, etc, you have on record regarding the proposal to develop a series of open cast goldmines in the Bendigo Ophir - Dunstan Mountains area by Matakanui Gold / Santana Minerals?
I would very much appreciate a prompt reply, as the mining company is looking to apply for fast tracked approvals at the end of June.

develop a series of open cast goldmines in the Bendigo Ophir - Dunstan
Mountains area by Matakanui Gold / Santana Minerals?
I would very much appreciate a prompt reply, as the mining company is
looking to apply for fast tracked approvals at the end of June.
The Department has interpreted your request to be specifically related to
information held for any Fast-track related application or related
process(es). Can you please confirm this is the case.
Could you also please provide a date range for your request. Would the
information you seek be anything that is held since the Fast-track
Approvals Act was passed on 17 December 2024?
Please reply via return email at your earliest convenience. Please note
that clarifying your request may mean that the timeframe for response is
reset, as per section 15(1AA) of the OIA.

thanks for your reply, in response to your questions:
1. I would like all correspondence, reports, documents, meeting minutes, file notes, etc, you have on record regarding the proposal to develop a series of open cast goldmines in the Bendigo Ophir - Dunstan Mountains area by Matakanui Gold / Santana Minerals. Regardless of whether they are associated with fast track consenting or any other process.
2. From October 31, 2024 until present day.
I hope you are able to do this without seeking an extension, as my request is now urgent, given the miner's intention to apply for consent this month.
