Tēnā koutou Dunedin City Council,

I am looking for answers to the following questions, under the Official Information Act.

1. What is the name of the company that was contracted to complete maintenance tasks in the South Dunedin stormwater drainage systems during the June 2015 floods in South Dunedin?
2. What was on this company's checklist of required/designated tasks from the Dunedin City Council? Please respond with a document outlining the tasks designated to contractors leading up to June 2015.
3. What is the name of the company that is now contracted to complete maintenance tasks in the South Dunedin stormwater drainage systems?
4. Does the checklist of required and/or designated tasks this company is paid to undertake differ from what contractors were given to do in the lead up to the June 2015 floods in South Dunedin? Please respond with a document outlining the current tasks designated to contractors.
5. How much has the Dunedin City Council budgeted for maintenance and upkeep of stormwater drains each year in each suburb? If this is not recorded by each suburb and it's needs, how much has the Dunedin City Council budgeted for maintenance and upkeep of stormwater drains each year citywide?
6. What is the selection process for contractors to undertake this role?
