received 15 July 2026, requesting the following information:

 

I was reading through Lessons Learnt for the transfer of the National
Emergency Management Agency over to DIA (Hukatai reference
YYY27J26TNJA-1667321898-1888) and noted Paragraph 49:

 

> It became apparent in the lead up to an emergency activation that some

> aspects of the

transfer had not been adequately completed by the vendor, meaning NEMA
staff were unable to access the emergency environment in the bunker
through their DIA devices.

 

I would like to request a copy of any correspondence related to this
referenced event (NEMA being unable to access the emergency environment)
which may include but not be limited to Email, SMS, iMessage, Whatsapp,
Signal etc.

 

I would also like to request any relevant documentation, which may include
but not be limited to briefings, memos, discussion documents, incident
reports etc regarding the referenced incident. This includes both the
specific inability to access the emergency environment as well as any
documentation about inadequencies of the work done by the vendor and
remediations taken.

 

We will consider your request under the OIA and provide a decision on or
before 12 August 2026.
