Under the OIA I request records relating to:

1. any reviews (whether formally called a ‘review’ or not (for example, including records relating to any ‘lessons learned’ or ‘retrospective)) or analysis, relating to the decision to issue emergency alerts around the end of July 2025 relating to the tsunami risk following the Russian earthquake.

2. Any changes made, or agreed to be made, to your policies, procedures, systems, training, guidance or approach following the emergency alerts issued around the end of July 2025 relating to the tsunami risk following the Russian earthquake.
