Dear Department of Conservation,
Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request the following information relating to Pure Turoa (Turoa Ski Area) for the period 13 March 2026 to 4 June 2026 inclusive:
- Copies of all correspondence (including emails, letters, attachments, and meeting invitations) sent or received by the Department of Conservation to or from Pure Turoa (Turoa Ski Area), or its representatives.
- Copies of any meeting minutes, notes, agendas, records, summaries, or other documents recording meetings or discussions between the Department of Conservation and Pure Turoa (Turoa Ski Area) or its representatives.
- Copies of any internal emails, briefings, reports, aide-mémoires, memos, file notes, or other internal documents created, received, or held by the Department of Conservation relating to Pure Turoa (Turoa Ski Area).
