The University is currently experiencing high volumes of OIA requests.
Accordingly, we would be grateful if you could please instead consider the
following alternative methods to answer commonly requested information:

* If you are a prospective student seeking information to apply to study

advice.
* If you are a current student seeking advice on studies, student
administration, support services, and student life in general, please
[2]contact Tîtoko—Centre for Student Success.
* For grade distributions, if you are a student please contact your
course coordinator or lecturer. Contact details can be found on the
relevant course page, which you can search for on our [3]Course
finder. Otherwise, please check the [4]FYI website for previous OIA
responses to requests for grade distributions which are publicly
available.
* For copies of past test and exam papers, please refer to [5]Te
Waharoa—the Library’s discovery system to search for past papers. If
you can’t find what you are looking for there, please contact your
course coordinator or lecturer for assistance.
* The University also proactively releases information about its work.
You can find some key information here:

If you have found the information through any of the alternative means,
please confirm by email if you would like to withdraw your OIA request.
Otherwise, if we do not hear back from you, we will proceed with your
request as normal.

coordinator or lecturer directly for this information. They will be able
to provide test papers and additional tailored advice to you at the same
time, and likely much more quickly than the OIA process. If you are a
student and are happy to follow this method, we would be grateful if you
can please confirm you are willing to withdraw your OIA request.

 

If you are not a student or wish to proceed with your request under the
OIA, please let us know as soon as practical.
