From: Stephens

Dear OIA Requests,

I request the following information under the OIA.

This request concerns RESE411 Power Systems Analysis, Trimester 1, 2026.

OIA 066 shows that 2 students received E grades in the RESE411 test. OIA 080 shows the final RESE411 grade distribution as D = 0 and E = 1, with no K grade shown.

According to the University’s published RESE411 course outline/assessment requirements, students were required to obtain at least 40% in the test to pass the course.

Please confirm whether any final K grades existed for RESE411 in Trimester 1, 2026.

Please also provide any records explaining why only 1 final failing grade was shown when 2 students received E grades in a mandatory pass test.

If no such records exist, please state this. If any information is withheld, please identify the specific OIA ground relied on.

I am not requesting student names or personal details.

Yours sincerely,

Stephens
