Dear Kâinga Ora–Homes and Communities,

Under the Official Information Act I would like to request the following:

1. How many OIA requests has the Ministerial Services team responded to
from 1 January - 31 March 2026?
2. How many of these requests were completed within 20 working days?
3. How many of these requests required extensions?
4. How many of these requests were late?
5. What was the average time it took to complete these OIA requests?
6. How many of these requests were refused in full or in part?
7. How does this compare by quarter for the following calender years:
2023, 2024, 2025? Please provide a table with comparative statistics.

Please do not refer me to the PSC website as this includes OIAs received
by the media team.
