Under the Official Information Act I would like to request the following: 
 
1. How many OIA requests has the Ministerial Services team responded to from 1 January - 
31 March 2026? 
2. How many of these requests were completed within 20 working days? 
3. How many of these requests required extensions? 
4. How many of these requests were late? 
5. What was the average time it took to complete these OIA requests? 
6. How many of these requests were refused in full or in part? 
7. How does this compare by quarter for the following calender years: 2023, 2024, 2025? 
Please provide a table with comparative statistics. 
 
Please find the document attached that includes a table with the comparative OIA statistics over 
the calendar years requested (by quarter). 
Please note that prior to July 2024, our case management system did not record refusals, 
therefore your request for the number of OIA requests refused in full or in part for the period of 1 
January 2023 to 30 June 2024 is refused under section 18(e) of the Act: that the information 
requested does not exist.
