I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act
1982.

I refer to ERO’s response dated 6 May 2026 (Ref: OIA-26-412), which
confirmed the existence of advice to the Minister, research synthesis
material, and summaries of feedback relating to ERO’s revised reporting
framework.

I request copies of:

Final advice provided to the Minister of Education relating to the revised
reporting framework, including simplified judgements or colour-coded
summaries./

Any final evidence reviews, research syntheses, or literature reviews
relied upon in developing the revised reporting framework.

Any final summaries or thematic analyses of stakeholder or parent feedback
relating to the revised reporting format.

I am seeking final or substantive material only and do not require routine
administrative correspondence or formatting drafts.
