ministerial advice on ERO's reformed school reports

Dear Education Review Office,
Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request the report, briefing, aide-memoire, or other advice provided to the Minister of Education in January 2026 that:
summarised the feedback from the pilot of the reformed school reports (including feedback from participating schools, parents, and other stakeholders where applicable); and/or
set out the proposed final reformed school reporting model following the pilot.
This request refers to the advice foreshadowed in ERO briefing M25-97 Reforming ERO's School Reports (3 December 2025), which states:
"In January, we will report to you on the feedback and proposed final Reformed Schools' Reports."
If more than one document was provided to the Minister for this purpose, I request all final versions.
