Which DX is to be sedated for preservation
Colby James made this Official Information request to KiwiRail
The request was successful.
From: Colby James
Dear KiwiRail,
I am asking a question in regards to what DXB class locomotive will be sedated for preservation.
Will it be the 5016. 5051. 5068. 5080. 5097. 5120 or 5137? Since 5074 and 5166 are off overseas and 46 Locos are going overseas and one DXB is staying.
Which of the Locos is it sedated to be.
Yours faithfully,
Colby.

Good morning Colby
Just letting you know we've received your request and I've passed it onto our Rolling Stock team.
The two guys who will have this information are on annual leave currently though, so will be back I touch once they return.
Cheers
Dave
