I am writing to request information regarding DL class locomotives that have been withdrawn from service and/or scrapped.

Specifically, I would like to request the following information:

A list of all DL class locomotives that have been withdrawn from service, including the date of withdrawal for each unit.
A list of all DL class locomotives that have been scrapped, including the date and location of scrapping where available.
For any withdrawn locomotives not yet scrapped, their current status (e.g. stored, awaiting disposal, under repair, or otherwise).
Any available documentation or summary outlining the reasons for withdrawal or scrapping (e.g. mechanical issues, economic considerations, accidents, or other factors).

If possible, I would prefer this information in an electronic format.

If any part of this request is likely to be refused or requires refinement to comply with the Official Information Act, I would appreciate the opportunity to clarify or amend the request.
