From: CL Rainwater
Dear University of Auckland,
Each year, the University conducts a "performance-based salary review" for professors, associate professors, and some professional teaching fellows, which results in discretionary pay increases for some staff in these categories.
By what process does the University determine to whom to give these pay increases and at what amount?
What criteria govern this process?
Are the criteria published?
Who participates in the process, and what is each participant's role?
Is data kept on the gender and ethnicity breakdown of those who are given pay increases? If so, what are the data for the years 2021-2025?
Yours faithfully,
CL Rainwater
