Could you also confirm the pay rates for the Disciplinary Panel roles (Chair, Deputy Chair, and Members)? Further, please provide the total payments received by each member since their appointment. I understand there may be privacy considerations, so I’m happy for this information to be presented anonymously (e.g., “Member 1 received X amount,” “Member 2 received X amount”).

Finally, could you clarify the GST implications? Specifically, do any of the Chair, Deputy Chair, or Members submit invoices that include GST? If so, how many individuals do so?
