Dear Ministry of Health,

Thank you for your recent reply- H2024039808.

May I kindly ask what is the payment rate for the member role, deputy chair role and chair role. Also, May I kindly have the current list of name for chair, deputy chair and member as of 1st Aug 2024 and each of them term of appointment e.g. appointment valid to 1st Aug 2028. Further will that be a warrant of appointment when they took the office? If so please supply an example copy of their warrant of appointment or letter of appointment.
