Could you please confirm pay rate for your CAC (chair, deputy chair and
member)? Also, could you provide the annual payment amounts received by
each member (chair, deputy chair and member)? I understand there are
privacy considerations, so I’m happy for the information to be listed
anonymously—for example, “ member 1 received X amount,”, “ member 2
received X amount,” “ chair 1 received X amount,” “ deputy chair 1
received X amount,”etc. Further what about GST implication? Can you please
let me know if there is any (chair, deputy chair and member) provide the
invoice with GST? If so, how many.

 

Also, what is the pay rate for your board member, deputy chair and chair,
are any of them provide the invoice with GST. If so how many.. How many
vacancy at this round you are looking to fill?
