In your response, "CAC Pay Rate (as of 23 March 2026)"  May I ask whether
the rate will increase as reported in the news? If so, when will it take
effect and by how much?

In your response, "Three CAC members provide REA with a GST invoice (1
Chair, 1 Deputy Chair and 1 Member)." Could you please confirm whether GST
is already included in the fee chart table you provided, or if the amounts
shown are exclusive of GST? Same with the board fees, "The Board Chair and
one member provide a GST invoice." Could you please confirm whether GST is
already included in the fee chart table you provided, or if the amounts
shown are exclusive of GST?

I have counted the number of people in your table, and it exceeds 20.
However, the law states: “The Authority must maintain a panel of up to 20
persons who are suitable to serve as members of Complaints Assessment
Committees.” Could you please explain how the number exceeds this limit?
