You have asked for: 
•  Could you please provide a biography for each listed member, if available? 
Additionally, I’d like to know their term of appointment, including start and end 
dates. 
•  Could you also confirm the pay rates for the Disciplinary Panel roles (Chair, 
Deputy  Chair,  and  Members)?  Further,  please  provide  the  total  payments 
received by each member since their appointment. I understand there may be 
privacy  considerations,  so  I’m  happy  for  this  information  to  be  presented 
anonymously  (e.g.,  “Member  1  received  X  amount,”  “Member  2  received  X 
amount”). 
•  Final y,  could  you  clarify  the  GST  implications?  Specifically,  do  any  of  the 
Chair, Deputy Chair, or Members submit invoices that include GST? If so, how 
many individuals do so?

Each member has been appointed for 5 years with an effective start date of 12 
September 2025. 
Could  you  also  confirm  the  pay  rates  for  the  Disciplinary  Panel  roles  (Chair, 
Deputy  Chair,  and  Members)?  Further,  please  provide  the  total  payments 
received by each member since their appointment. I understand there may be

The remuneration rate is $550 per day for members and $750 per day for the Chair 
(or a Deputy Chair acting as Chair).  Below are the total payments made to
